These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of TapTrail: Logic Puzzle (the "App"), developed by Bennek Nirmal ("we," "us," "the developer"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License to use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TapTrail for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies in addition to these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law.
- Use any cheat, exploit, or automation tool to interfere with the App's normal operation.
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or its content.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Pro upgrade and purchases
TapTrail offers an optional Pro upgrade that unlocks features such as the ability to skip levels. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and managed via RevenueCat. Purchases are subject to Apple's own refund and billing policies; we do not process payments or refunds directly.
Any bonus features, such as the in-app bonus spin, award only cosmetic or convenience benefits within the App. They do not involve real-money wagering and have no cash value.
Intellectual property
All content in TapTrail, including its design, artwork, characters, puzzles, and branding, is owned by Bennek Nirmal or used under license, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of that content to you.
No warranty
TapTrail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bennek Nirmal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Changes to the App or these Terms
We may update TapTrail or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
